A fight apparently broke out near the high rise college houses last night, drawing about 20 Penn police officers and security guards to 39th Street and Locust Walk around 11 p.m.
A woman was handcuffed and led to a police car, and another man was also handcuffed. Students and passersby gathered around the scene as police officers asked them to remain at a distance and directed them around the scene.
Police officers declined to comment further about the nature of the fight.
