Disorderly Conduct
Nov.17 -- Richard Canty, a male who is unaffiliated with the University, was arrested after allegedly taking items from CVS, located at 3923 Walnut St., and then running away from police officers.
Theft
Nov. 20 -- Three people whose affiliations with the University are unknown reported that two Walkmen and a calculator, all valued at $260, were taken from inside of 220 S. 33rd St. at some time between 11:50 a.m. and 2 p.m. Nov. 19 -- Isadore Brockmore, whose affiliation with the University is unknown, was arrested after exiting from a cab that had not been paid for and then taking $40 from Wawa, located at 3744 Spruce St., at approximately 2:35 p.m. Nov. 18 -- A male student reported that his bicycle, valued at $300, was taken from in front of Bennett Hall, located at 3340 Walnut St., at some time between approximately 8 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Nov. 18 -- A male whose affiliation with the University is unknown reported that an unattended black JanSport backpack containing a Mastercard, a Discover card, a PennCard, assorted books and $50 was taken from College Hall, located at 3450 Woodland Walk, between approximately 9 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Nov. 17 -- A male student reported that his unattended wallet, containing $100, was taken from the Biddle Law Library, located at 3443 Sansom St., between approximately 6 p.m. and 6:35 p.m. Nov. 17 -- A male student reported that a DVD player, a Sony Playstation and two games, all valued at $400, were taken from 204 S. 42nd St. between approximately 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. Nov. 17 -- A male whose affiliation with the University is unknown reported that a radio, valued at $300, was taken from his secured car, located at 118 S. 36th St. sometime between Nov. 15 and Nov. 17. Nov. 17 -- Syed Anser, a University student, was arrested after allegedly taking a magazine and a calculator, valued together at $144, from the Penn Bookstore, located at 3601 Walnut St. Nov. 17 -- A male University employee reported that a Hilti drill, a hydraulic pump and two Dewalt drills, valued at $2,100, were taken from a secured area in the Left Bank, located at 3101 Walnut St., sometime between Nov. 14 and Nov. 17.
