Burglary
* Oct. 22 -- A female University student reported that at around 7 a.m., she heard the front door of her house, located on the 3900 block of Delancey Street, open and someone enter the house. She then heard the person exit, and when she checked the house she found a television missing. The door to the house was unlocked.
* Oct. 18 -- A man who is affiliated with the University reported that he closed the door to his second-floor room in his residence on the 200 block of South 41st Street, but when he returned to the room at around 8:30 a.m., the door to the room was open, and a $3,000 laptop computer was missing.
Theft
* Oct. 23 -- A female University student reported that at around 1 p.m., her wallet and its contents were taken from her while she was in the second-floor computer lab of Vance Hall, located at 3733 Spruce St.
* Oct. 23 -- A man who is unaffiliated with the University reported that at around 9:30 a.m., he left his bags unsecured and unattended inside the lobby of the Inn at Penn, located at 3600 Sansom St. When he returned to the hotel at 2:30 p.m., a $4,000 laptop computer was missing from his bags.
* Oct. 23 -- A woman whose affiliation with the University is unknown reported that at around 7:45 a.m., the seat of her bicycle, which was secured to a rack on the 200 block of South 34th Street, was removed.
* Oct. 23 -- A male University employee reported that between 10 a.m. on Oct. 22 and 11 a.m. on Oct. 23, the registration sticker on his license plate, valued at $30, was removed from his vehicle, which was parked on the 3700 block of Ludlow Street.
* Oct. 22 -- A male truck driver reported that at around 10 a.m., while he had his delivery truck parked inside The Freshgrocer's loading dock, located at 40th and Sansom Streets, 32 10-pound bags of fish and a three-pound bag of Alaskan snow crab legs, valued together at $219.91, were taken from the truck.
* Oct. 19 -- A man who is unaffiliated with the University reported that he parked and secured his vehicle at 9:30 a.m., at lot 30 of the parking lot located at 119 S. 39th St. When he returned to the vehicle at 2:30 p.m., the driver's side lock was pried off the door, and an $800 compact disk player was missing.
* Oct. 18 -- A man who is unaffiliated with the University reported that at around 8:30 p.m., he left his bicycle unsecured and unattended in front of a residence on the 4100 block of Walnut Street. When he returned a few minutes later, the bike, valued at $400, was missing.
