TheftTheft· October 20 -- A bicycle belonging to a female University student was stolen from a bike rack outside the Towne Building at 220 S. 33rd Street between 9:30 p.m. on October 19 and 1:30 a.m. on October 20. The bike, valued at $450, had been secured with a Kryptonite lock.
