Shula's steakhouse set to opens doors today The 250-seat restaurant -- located at 36th and Chestnut streets -- has big-screen televisions and is decorated with more than 500 pieces of sports memorabilia. The display includes the ball from the Miami Dolphins-Philadelphia Eagles game when Shula achieved his record-breaking 325th victory. Shula, Philadelphia Mayor Ed Rendell and other local celebrities will attend tomorrow's benefit starting at 6:30 p.m. Shula, who attended Saturday's Penn-Richmond football contest at Franklin Field, has 11 other restaurants in cities across the country, including Miami Beach; Tampa, Fla.; Indianapolis; Baltimore; and Cleveland. Shula's Steak 2 replaces the Smart Alex restaurant in the University-owned Sheraton. -- Seth Grossman
