TheftTheft· February 3 -- A male stole a brown leather briefcase from a gold Mercedes parked on the 3400 block of Chestnut Street at approximately 11:47 a.m. According to an eyewitness, the suspect was last seen driving eastbound on Chestnut Street in a 1992 white Acura that was reported stolen that day from the Philadelphia Police Department's 19th District.
