Aggravated Assault -- ShootingAggravated Assault -- Shooting· February 13 -- Phorvieng Kotanone, 21, of the 2000 block of South 67th Street, was rushed to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania after two males shot him in the lower left leg during an argument outside 4426 Sansom Street. The two suspects -- one 5'3", 120 pounds and wearing a puffy coat and the other 5'4", 125 pounds and wearing a black hooded jacket -- fled from the scene and are still at large. Kotanone remained hospitalized in stable condition as of last night. The man had repeatedly entered the unlocked premises between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. and had asked to use the phone after residents asked him to leave.
