TheftTheft· January 14 -- A man was arrested after stealing an unattended purse and cellular phone belonging to a female University employee from a 7th-floor office in a building at 3600 Market Street. After the suspect fled the building, police chased the thief to 34th and Lancaster streets, where he was arrested.
