Police arrest suspect in Penn Tower garage theft The car belonged to a male Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania employee, according to police. A vehicle the suspect had parked outside the garage contained Pennsylvania license plates police believed were stolen, King said. Police arrested the suspect at 2:49 a.m. The age and last known residence of the suspect -- who gave police several false names -- remained unknown as of last night. In an unrelated incident Sunday afternoon, a suitcase and clothes valued at $1,300 were stolen from a student's house on the 4000 block of Chancellor Street, police said. -- Maureen Tkacik
