Should weather force a cancellation of tonight's concert, an insurance policy will allow the Social Planning and Events Committee to refund ticketholders if more than 1/4" of rain falls in the Philadelphia area, according to College senior Alyson Tesler. Organizers will not make specific plans for doling out the refunds unless it becomes necessary, said Tesler, a Fling co-director. If the concert technicians and the bands don't mind the rain, SPEC will likely continue with the concert as planned. -- Mike Madden
