The student was transported to HUP and treated for minor facial injuries in the incident, which occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m.Simple Assault· April 18 -- University Police responded to a report of a fight at 37th Street and Locust Walk at approximately 2:50 a.m. One male, who was allegedly assaulted by a student, was transported to HUP for a possible broken nose. Private criminal complaints were filed.Burglary· April 20 -- A VCR and 30 CDs -- with a total value of $1,000 -- belonging to a student were stolen from a third-floor room in the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity house on the 3600 block of Locust Walk. The student's bedroom door was left open in the incident, which occurred at approximately 2:25 a.m.· April 20 -- Cash amounting to $100 was stolen from a closet in a 14th-floor room in High Rise North between April 19 at noon and April 20 at 12:30 a.m. The door to the room was found unlocked.Theft from Auto· April 19 -- A cellular telephone, several CDs, a CD case and a purse were stolen from a Nissan Pathfinder parked on the 3400 block of Chestnut Street.
