A stereo, phone and clock were stolen from the room in the incident, which occurred at approximately 7:17 p.m.· March 30 -- A student reported that the front door of his house at 40th and Walnut streets was forced open and a CD player was stolen between 4 a.m. and 12 p.m.· March 28 -- Two cameras, a wallet and $350 in cash were stolen from a student's residence on the 300 block of 42nd Street. The rear bedroom window of the second floor was forced open in the incident, which occurred at approximately 2:33 a.m.Aggravated Assault·March 27 -- A University Police officer was injured by a suspect resisting an arrest for disorderly conduct. The incident began when police arrested Michael Baylinson for causing a disturbance at 33rd and Walnut streets at approximately 4:38 p.m. A struggle ensued when he resisted arrest, and a female officer was treated at HUP for a hand injury that resulted from the assault.Auto Theft· March 27 -- A student's 1992 red Oldsmobile was stolen from the parking lot next to the Palestra between 7:30 and 11:30 p.m.Theft from Auto· March 29 -- A cellular phone was stolen from a green Pontiac after its passenger side window was broken. The incident occurred at approximately 11:30 p.m.· March 30 -- The rear window of a gray Honda parked at 34th and Chestnut streets was smashed between 12:45 and 1:30 a.m.Retail Theft· March 29 -- A man stole three leather jackets and three dresses with a total value of $347 from The Gap at 34th and Walnut streets at approximately 5:01 p.m. Robbery· March 27 -- A male student and his sister were robbed at gunpoint in their house at 40th and Baltimore streets. The suspect, described as a man approximately 20 years old, forced his way into the first floor of the house and stole a mountain bike. The incident occurred at approximately 11:34 p.m.Robbery -- Simulated Weapon· March 30 -- Two female students were robbed at 43rd and Pine streets by two men claiming to have a gun. The suspects stole $60 during the incident, which occurred at approximately 2:15 a.m.· March 30 --EAn alumnus was robbed of a wallet by two men at simulated gunpoint at 43rd and Spruce streets. The suspects stole a wallet containing various credit cards at approximately 2:20 a.m. No arrests have been made in the incident.Burglary· March 30 -- An unknown person entered a student's house at 40th and Spruce streets by climbing through a third-floor fire escape.
