Police arrested the man at about 8:57 a.m. and took him to the Philadelphia Police Department's 18th District headquarters where he was charged with criminal trespass. Police arrested the man at about 8:57 a.m. and took him to the Philadelphia Police Department's 18th District headquarters where he was charged with criminal trespass. Theft· February 16 -- Two students' unattended backpacks were stolen from Franklin Field at approximately 2:20 p.m. One backpack contained a camera, PennCard, shoes, sweatshirt and $25 in cash. The other contained keys, clothing and identification. Both backpacks were recovered at 4:00 p.m. in an alley between the Penn Tower Hotel and the University Museum, but the camera and cash were missing.
