This incident once again confirms the group's value to the University community. We realize the difficulties University Police face in patrolling the entire neighborhood. Because of this, we appreciate Penn Watch members' efforts to maintain community safety and praise the professionalism they have displayed. We are optimistic that their presence will help deter crime and hope their diligent efforts continue in the future.
