There were no signs of forced entry.CRIMINAL MISCHIEF· November 6 -- A male assaulted a student at the Wawa at 38th and Spruce streets at about 7:15 p.m. It was reported that the suspect was throwing rocks at the window of the convenience store. The student was not injured. Police also received a report that the same suspect was trying to push people while the suspect was riding a bike on campus. -- Josh Fineman
