THEFTTHEFT·November 4-6 -- A house at 255 S. 38th St. was broken into between 3:30 p.m. on November 4 and 8:20 a.m. on November 6. Eighty dollars was taken from a desk drawer. There were no signs of forced entry.CRIMINAL MISCHIEF· November 6 -- A male assaulted a student at the Wawa at 38th and Spruce streets at about 7:15 p.m. It was reported that the suspect was throwing rocks at the window of the convenience store. The student was not injured. Police also received a report that the same suspect was trying to push people while the suspect was riding a bike on campus. -- Josh Fineman
