We were really enjoying Jason Seiden and Brandon Fogel's column "Will You Do the Fandango?" (DP 4/17/92) and thought many of their quotes were right on the money. But let's talk about orgasms, shall we -- or how was it they stated it? "Finishing the job"? What do they think, realistically speaking, the ration is of men to women who "finish the job"? They must be quire a couple of raging studs to think that they both finish the job effectively every time they have sex (with a woman). Or maybe they are just legends in their own minds. If they had actually attended their human sexuality seminar, they may have become aware of the fact that most women do not orgasm every time they have sex (with a man). Far from it. As for their complaints about the blues, women suffer the same ache as men when they are sexually aroused but left unsatisfied -- this is probably also in their sex education textbook. Here is our own small tribute to those stars above us . . . The Rolling Stones on men who don't know how to finish the job: "Don't you worry. Try a little harder. The girl really wants it now, then don't you see? You gotta give her all the lovin' that she needs . . . Try one more time . . . You gotta work pretty hard to keep her satisfied. Just try." Oh, one more thing. Don't ever think you can assume what a woman really wanted to say. Women know what they want to say and are saying. That is why they say it.
