Ironically, the 21-year-old hangout, like many of its patrons, was just coming of age -- and was also much too young to die. Troy's is survived by thousands of local students, University personnel and community members who grieve the hangout's loss, even though their arteries are probably better for it. Services can be held at any of the ubiquitous campus fast food restaurants that have opened during the last two decades. But don't expect to find as good an eggel at a one of them.
