BRIEF: Man falls onto Market-Frankford Line

The man, who fell onto the Blue Line at around 7 p.m., was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he was listed in stable condition, according to Nursing Supervisor Nancy Williams. Subway service resumed at approximately 8:30 p.m., according to South Eastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority spokesperson Barbara Siegel.
