The man, who fell onto the Blue Line at around 7 p.m., was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he was listed in stable condition, according to Nursing Supervisor Nancy Williams. Subway service resumed at approximately 8:30 p.m., according to South Eastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority spokesperson Barbara Siegel. According to Siegel, SEPTA is investigating the incident. This is the first incident of this kind to occur on the Blue Line this year, a SEPTA official said. -- Margaret Kane
