In an unrelated incident, an auto theft in the 400 block of South 41st Street was reported to the police Sunday night. The police also came upon a man hanging by his hands from teh 38th Street Bridge in early hours of Monday morning. One bicycle theft at the David Rittenhouse Laboratories and one at the University Museum were also reported. -Adam Heilman
