Penn Political Union Speaker Nishi Garg said last night the debate is the first in a series of four "Soviet Symposiums" to be held over the next few weeks. "We realized there wasn't much being discussed on campus about the Soviet Union," the College senior said last night. "We wanted to have a forum for students." The next symposium will be held Monday and features Economics Professor Herbert Levine, History Professor Alfred Rieber and Center for Soviet Studies Director Elliott Mossman. -- Michael Sirolly
