The conference, based at Oklahoma State University, will take the format of a call-in talk show. Administrators, members of the United Minorities Council, and fraternity and sorority members are scheduled to attend the conference at the Annenberg School for Communication. GSAC also announced that fraternity houses will serve candy to neighborhood trick-or-treaters on Halloween. A haunted house will be constructed in the Castle, and a reception at Alpha Chi Rho will conclude the evening. GSAC members also decided to hold a series of conferences on women's issues. -- Robert Botel
