BRIEF: GAPSA to hold forum on Escort

GAPSA, which in the past has passed resolutions calling for the expansion of Escort Service into Center City, decided last month that such a forum was necessary to allow members of the entire University community to express their views on the topic. Students, faculty and staff are all invited to attend. -- Stephanie Desmon
