BRIEF: Counterparts to hold Monster party

Counterparts President and College senior Kate Grant said the party is intended to help publicize the group's fall "Jam-brr-ee" to be held in early December, as well as help students enjoy their Halloween. Admission is $1 for students in costume and $3 for students not in costume. -- Elie Landau
