Dane Jacomen might be new to the role of starting goalie for Penn men's soccer, but the sophomore is already showing why he belongs there.

The Quakers reigned victorious this weekend at the Palestra, as they welcomed three teams for the Valley Forge Sports Invitational.

Thriving @ Penn makes no significant impact towards any of its targets. 

For the first time this year, the Red and Blue couldn’t manage to come on top, losing by a score of 1-0.

In coach Bill Wagner’s last ever season opener, Penn sprint football was unable to complete its comeback as time expired, suffering a 24-21 loss to Army at Franklin Field on Friday night.

Students who initially used flavored products were more likely to report vaping within the last 30 days, and they also tended to use e-cigarettes more frequently each month. 

Penn field hockey is scheduled to play more than 40 percent of its matches against nationally ranked teams, but despite not being ranked itself, the team is not intimidated by its schedule. 

As the fall sports season get into the swing of things, this weekend will be key for Penn Athletics.

The seniors of Penn women's soccer have one last season to achieve their goals and make a lasting impact on the team.

Overall, college football has seen a steady decline in game attendance, and Penn is all too familiar with this issue. 

By joking about dying or depression on a regular basis, it can make it much more difficult for a friend to know if you’re just kidding around and being dramatic or are genuinely giving them a cry for help.

This is what has made Wagner so popular throughout his whole life: his unbounded enthusiasm for sports, his genuine passion for all that he does, his unwavering commitment to others.
