After long-time Director June Chu departed from the Pan-Asian American Community House, the Asian American umbrella organization has named Meeta Kumar the interim director of the organization.




Although protesters were enough for House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) to cancel his speech at Huntsman, he went on to give income-equality speeches at other universities amidst protesting crowds.

Wednesday, the University City District will celebrate the opening of a new green space located just outside of 30th Street Station in an effort to welcome travelers to Philadelphia and provide a gathering place for the community.

Under the new system, students will form groups of one to four students and submit their applications together under the name of a group captain. They will select their rooms through a new online housing portal — My Home at Penn — set to launch on Dec. 5.
