Theft
Oct. 27 — A female student, 19, reported than an unknown suspect removed her wallet from her unattended purse at the Starbucks located at 3401 Walnut St at about 3:30 p.m.
Oct. 25 — A female student, 28, reported that her unattended wallet was taken by someone in Van Pelt Library at about 8:15 p.m.
Oct. 25 — A male student, 21, reported that an unknown suspect removed the tire of his bicycle on the 200 block of S 36th St. at about 8 p.m.
Oct. 25 — A male student, 18, reported that someone took his unattended bag at Hill Field at about 7:45 p.m.
Oct. 25 — A male student, 20, reported that his secured bicycle was taken by an unknown suspect on the 3600 block of Chestnut St. at about 2:45 p.m.
Oct. 25 — A 68 year-old woman unaffiliated with the University reported that someone entered her secured vehicle and removed property left in plain view on the 3400 block of Ludlow St. at about 12 p.m.
Oct. 24 — A 52 year-old man, unaffiliated with the University, reported that an unknown suspect removed his laptop from the Steinberg Conference Center at about 10 p.m.
Oct. 24 — A 60 year-old employee reported that her unattended wallet was taken by someone at the Law School at about 9:30 p.m.
Oct. 23 — A male student, 21, reported that an unknown suspect removed a bicycle from the 300 block of 42nd St. at about 8:30 p.m.
Oct. 23 — Unknown suspects were reported to have taken merchandise from American Apparel located at 3661 Walnut St. without rendering payment at about 7:45 p.m.
Oct. 22 — A 16-year old male was arrested for allegedly taking the bicycle of a female student, 22, without permission on the 100 block of S 39th St. at about 4:30 p.m.
Oct. 21 — A 32 year-old female unaffiliated with the University reported that someone removed a bicycle secured by a cable lock on the 3800 block of Chestnut St. at about 7:30 p.m.
Oct. 21 — A female employee, 41, reported that an unknown suspect removed her unattended wallet at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at about 5:30 p.m.
Oct. 21 — Items were reported removed from a display at Bonded Cleaners located at 3724 Spruce St. at about 2:15 p.m.
Oct. 21 — A 44 year-old female, unaffiliated with the University, reported that someone entered her secured vehicle and removed property left in plain view in Parking Garage 37 located at 40th and Walnut streets at about 2 p.m.
Assault
Oct. 26 — Anthony Williams, 48, unaffiliated with the University and of the 2900 block of S 61st St., was arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer at the Wawa located at 3744 Spruce St. at about 11:15 p.m.
Oct. 23 — A 42 year-old female unaffiliated with the University reported that she was assaulted by a known suspect during a domestic argument at Presbyterian Hospital at about 4:15 p.m.
Oct. 21 — Steven Scott, unaffiliated with the University and of the 3800 block of Reno St., was arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer at Williams Hall at about 4:15 p.m.
Narcotic
Oct. 26 — Carlos Price, 31, unaffiliated with the University was arrested for the alleged possesion of narcotics on the 3700 block of Walnut St. at about 9 p.m.
