With fall athletics underway, many Penn teams will be vying for Ivy League and even national glory. Which team has the best chances of claiming or defending a trophy? Three of the Daily Pennsylvanian sports editors talked it out.

Taking place in a southeast Mexican region called the Riviera Maya, Morales showed off her aquatic abilities in the area’s cenotes — underground sinkholes that some Mayan natives consider a gateway to the Underworld — giving the wakeboarding phenom a new opportunity to showcase her sport and her country.

We’ve established that the Quakers can be dangerous when labeled an underdog. So following that logic, the poll did them a favor by making them one again in 2017.

The Quakers opened their season on Friday at Rhodes Field with a 1-0 loss to Lehigh and repeated that scoreline two days later on Sunday against La Salle. The Quakers (0-2) showed promise in both games, but ultimately, they failed to convert on their opportunities.

Engineering sophomore Griffin Murphy will only get to move and unpack all his things into his HamCo apartment at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, which is also the first day of classes. 

These groups work closely with Penn's cultural resource centers to formulate programs targeting incoming minority students.

There will also be designated "Uber zones," at major buildings on campus including Houston Hall, the Quad and Penn Dental School, where students can easily be picked up and dropped off. 

A spokesperson for the Philadelphia Police Department said the patient is in critical condition. PPD is continuing to investigate the incident.

Last year, roughly 18 clubs applied for SAC recognition, but only 12 were successful. 

Last year, 180 Degrees Consulting club accepted 17 people out of the 200 applicants. That's a 8.5 percent acceptance rate, which is lower than Penn's lowest ever acceptance rate of 9.15 percent. 

As I near the end of my Penn education, I can’t help but begin to reflect on my time here and the effects it has had on me as a person and a student.

The search for “home” and the need to belong often nags at the back of our heads and tugs at our hearts as we navigate our way through Penn.

The Division of Public Safety have sent nine safety alerts since the beginning of the summer.
