The Penn men’s track and field team performed well at the Texas Relays where it faced much of the same competition it will face at the Penn Relays.

The Quakers lost 6-1 to the Tigers in their Ivy opener. The lone point came at No. 1 singles from freshman Sol Eskenazi.

This year the tables are turned on Yale and Brown, as the struggling teams will meet Penn’s new arsenal of freshman talent on Friday and Saturday, respectively, at Penn Park in the Quakers’ Ivy League opener.
