Temple student dies after fall from center city building

A female student from Temple University died Thursday night after falling from a Center City building while taking photographs, ABC Philadelphia reported. The student was later identified as Rebecca Kim.

ABC's report says that the fall happened around 6:00 p.m. at 16th and Chestnut and that Kim fell eight stories onto pedestrian below that survived the impact. Police said Kim, a freshman in Temple's College of Science and Technology, was visiting two Art Institute students on the eighth floor of the building.

The police do not believe foul play was involved in the Kim's death and are still investigating. Read the full report here.
