Arrests from theft:

Feb. 2, 2014: An unaffiliated 28-year-old female was arrested in connection with a retail theft at Fresh Grocer.

Feb. 4, 2014: An unaffiliated 57-year-old male was arrested in connection with a retail theft at the Wawa at 36th and Chestnut streets.

Fraud:

Feb. 3, 2014: An affiliated 19-year-old female at Ware College House reported at 9 a.m. that charges were made on her credit card without her knowledge or consent.

DUI:

Feb. 3, 2014: An unaffiliated 33-year-old male was arrested at about 12:15 a.m. at the intersection of 40th and Spruce streets after disregarding a red light while traveling very quickly. Upon investigation, the male was found to have bloodshot eyes and slurred speech, and smelled of alcohol.

Vandalism:

Feb. 5, 2014: An unaffiliated female reported at about 9:40 p.m. that a person was causing a disturbance, throwing chairs and breaking things at Penn Rehab, located at 3609 Chestnut St.

Other Offense:

Feb. 5, 2014: At 5:40 p.m. an unaffiliated 45-year-old male was arrested at the Wawa at 38th and Spruce streets. The suspect was observed panhandling after being warned to leave the property.

Harassment:

Feb. 5, 2014: A domestic incident of harassment was reported at the Johnson Pavilion at 3610 Hamilton Walk.

Burglary:

Feb. 6, 2014: At 12:30 p.m. an unaffiliated female reported that she had left her office at Horizon House, located at 120 South 30th St., and upon returning she found that items were missing from a metal cabinet that had been pried open.

Assault:

Feb. 6, 2014: At about 2:30 a.m. an unaffiliated 31-year-old male on the 3700 block of Spruce St. reported that a known offender punched him in the face following a disagreement. A private criminal complaint was advised.
