Theft
Jan. 13 — A man and a woman, both 22 and unaffiliated with the University, reported that an unknown suspect entered their secured vehicles and removed GPS devices left in plain view at 10:15 a.m. on the 4000 block of Walnut Street.
Jan. 12 — Louis Crawford, 45, of the 600 block in North 36th Street and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly taking a student’s unattended wallet at about 4:45 p.m. in Houston Hall.
Jan. 11 — A female student, 18, reported that someone took her bicycle, secured with cable lock, from the 3900 block of Irving Street at about 5:30 p.m.
Jan. 10 — At about 11:15 a.m., a 28-year-old woman unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect removed unattended cash from her room at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Jan. 10 — A male student, 21, reported that someone removed cash from his unattended wallet in the Radian Apartments at about 11:45 a.m.
Jan. 10 — Cash was reportedly taken from a Penn Presbyterian Medical Center office at about 6:30 p.m.
Jan. 9 — A 24-year-old woman unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect took her unattended laptop in the World Café at about 2:15 p.m.
Jan. 9 — A 28-year-old man unaffiliated with the University reported that someone entered his secured vehicle and removed an iPod left in plain view on the 4000 block of Pine Street at about 9:00 p.m.
Burglary
Jan. 13 — Four female Penn students reported that an unknown suspect entered their residence on the 3900 block of Baltimore Street and removed property at about 12:30 a.m.
Jan. 11 — A female student, 26, reported that someone entered her secured residence on the 4100 block of Walnut Street and removed property at about midnight.
Jan. 10 — A laptop was taken from a secured room in a building on the 3300 block of Walnut Street at about 2:00 p.m.
Jan. 9 — Two male students, both 22, reported that an unknown suspect entered their secured residence on South 41st St. at about 1:15 p.m. and removed property.
