Wharton Dean Tom Robertson announced the appointments of three key positions to Wharton's Executive Boards on March 25: Scott Wieler, '87 Wharton Graduate alumnus, William Lawrence, '83 Wharton alumnus and Sebastian Escarrer Jaume, '93 Wharton Graduate alumnus.
According to a press release sent by Robertson, Wieler replaces Dolf DiViasio, '69 Wharton Graduate alumnus, as chairman of the Graduate Executive Board. Wieler is the current chairman and chief executive officer of Signal Hill Capital Group LLC, a national specialty investment banking firm in Baltimore, MD.
Lawrence succeeds Brian Finn, '82 Wharton alumnus, as chairman of the Undergraduate Executive Board. Lawrence currently serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Meridian Capital Partners, Inc. in New York.
Jaume enters the role of chair of the Executive Board for Europe, the Middle East and Africa following the decade-long service of Sir Paul Judge, '73 Wharton Graduate alumnus. Jaume is joint vice chairman and chief executive officer of Sol Meliá, S.A. in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, and was named one of the 100 Leading Businessmen for the 21st Century at the Davos World Economic Forum.
