Robbery
Apr. 11 - John Williams, 57, unaffiliated with the University and of the 1300 block of S. Wilton Street, was arrested at about 12:15 p.m. for allegedly attempting to leave the Penn Bookstore, located at 3601 Walnut St., without paying and allegedly struggling with security.
Theft
Apr. 10 - A female student, 24, reported at about 4:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her wallet from her unattended handbag at Van Pelt Library.
Apr. 10 - Aaron Kittrel, 42, unaffiliated with the University and of 3300 Frankford Ave., was arrested at about 2:30 p.m. for allegedly attempting to leave the Penn Bookstore, located at 3601 Walnut St., without paying for merchandise.
Apr. 10 - A male student, 22, reported at about 1:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed his bicycle seat from outside Citizens Bank, located at 134 S. 34th St.
Apr. 11 - A woman unaffiliated with the University, 20, reported at about 6 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed money from her unattended purse left in an unsecured locker at Gia Pronto, located at 3736 Spruce St.
Apr. 11 - An unknown suspect was reported at about 3:15 a.m. to have removed several paintings from the walls of Bubble Tea House, located at 3404 Sansom St.
Apr. 13 - A female employee, 59, reported at about 4 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unattended wallet at Starbucks Coffee, located at 3421 Chestnut St.
Apr. 13 - A female student, 19, reported at about 1:15 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unattended laptop from Addams Hall.
Apr. 13 - A male student, 30, reported at about 12:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed his unattended laptop from an unsecured locker in the Evans Building.
Apr. 13 - A male student, 22, reported at about 11:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed two tires from his secured bicycle at W.E.B. Du Bois College House.
Apr. 14 - A female student, 19, reported at 10 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unattended wallet at Van Pelt Library.
Apr. 14 - A woman unaffiliated with the University, 30, reported at 4 p.m. that two tables were removed from his property on the 4000 block of Locust Street.
Apr. 14 - An unknown suspect was reported at about 12:45 p.m. to have removed merchandise from Wawa, located at 3744 Spruce St., without paying.
Apr. 15 - An unknown suspect was reported at about 5:15 p.m. to have removed a webcam from an unsecured room in Williams Hall.
Apr. 16 - Teresa Blakley, 25, unaffiliated with the University and of theÿ1000 block of S. 51st Street, was arrested at about 11:30 a.m. for allegedly attempting to leave Ann Taylor Loft, located at 133 S. 36th St., without paying.
Fraud
Apr. 12 - An unknown suspect was reported at about 3:45 a.m. to have made payment for items at Jimmy John's, located at 3925 Walnut St., with a fraudulent check.
Apr. 15 - A female student, 27, reported to Penn Policeÿat about 4:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect made fraudulent charges on her credit card.
Apr. 15 - A woman unaffiliated with the University reported at 2 p.m. that a known suspect provided her with a fraudulent check at the University Federal Credit Union, located at 3900 Chestnut St.
Apr. 16 - A known suspect was reported at about 11:15 a.m. to have made fraudulent transactions at Penn Computer Connection, located at 3610 Sansom St.
Harassment
Apr.13 - A female student, 21, of the 300 block of 41st Street, reported at about 11 p.m. that she received unwanted text messages.
