Assault
Feb. 9 - Kyle McAfee, 33, unaffiliated with the University and of the 6800 block of N. Franklin Street, was arrested at about 11:45 p.m. for allegedly assaulting a woman unaffiliated with the University, 27, during a domestic dispute on the 4000 block of Chestnut Street.
Robbery
Feb. 5 - Norwood Chaney, 19, of the 3900 block of Ludlow Street, and Lenny Walker, 19, of the 5500 block of Pine Street, were arrested at about 5 p.m. for allegedly striking a man in the face after an argument and fleeing with his jacket. All individuals involved are unaffiliated with the University.
Feb. 6 - A man unaffiliated with the University, 21, reported at about 6 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed the stereo from his car, parked on the unit block of 42nd Street. The suspect allegedly brandished a knife and fled on 42nd Street.
Feb. 9 - A male student, 20, reported that on Feb. 7 he was hit in the head on the 4000 block of Irving Street by an unknown suspect who took his cell phone and fled in an unknown direction.
Theft
Feb. 5 - An unknown suspect was reported at about 4:30 p.m. to have left Douglas Cosmetics, located at 3603 Walnut St., without paying.
Feb. 5 - A female student, 21, reported at about 4:45 p.m. that an unknown person took her BlackBerry at Saxbys, located at 4000 Locust St.
Feb. 5 - A female student, 24, reported at about 11:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her wallet from her unattended pocketbook at Starbucks, located at 3401 Walnut St.
Feb. 6 - An unknown suspect was reported at about 6:15 p.m. to have performed a "flimflam," or con, while at the register of a store on the 4000 block of Spruce Street.
Feb. 6 - Anthony Johnson, of the 200 block of Long Lane, Upper Darby Township, was arrested for allegedly attempting to take the pocketbook of a woman, 43, unaffiliated with the University, from a bathroom at the Presbyterian Hospital.
Feb. 8 - A woman, 63, unaffiliated with the University, reported at about 11:45 a.m. that her unattended purse was taken by an unknown suspect at Fresh Grocer, located at 4001 Walnut St.
Feb. 9 - An unknown suspect was reported at about 12:30 p.m. to have left Modern Eye, located at 3419 Walnut St., without paying for merchandise valued at approximately $130.
Feb. 9 - Leroy Emerson, 40, unaffiliated with the University and of the 4000 block of N 7th Street, was arrested at about 2:45 p.m. for allegedly attempting to leave CVS Pharmacy, located at 3401 Walnut St., without paying.
Feb. 11 - Larry Fisher, 51, unaffiliated with the University and of the 5300 block of Bayton Street, was arrested at about 9:30 a.m. for allegedly attempting to leave Wawa, located at 3744 Spruce St., without paying.
Feb. 11 - A woman, 23, unaffiliated with the University, reported at about 4 p.m. that her unattended purse was taken by an unknown suspect at 3535 Market St.
Feb. 12 - Two female students, 21 and 18, reported at about 4 p.m. that one student's unattended purse was taken by an unknown suspect at Irvine Auditorium.
Fraud
Feb. 11 - Julianne Brooks, 24, unaffiliated with the University and of the 5500 block of Hunter Street, was arrested at about 5 p.m. for allegedly attempting to make a fraudulent transaction at TD Bank, located at 3731 Walnut St.
