Oct. 25 - A female employee reported that her unattended cell phone was taken from the Class of 1920 Dining Commons, located at 3800 Locust Walk, at around 12:30 p.m.
Oct. 25 - An unknown suspect took a male employee's laptop and personal items from an unattended room in Rittenhouse Lab, located at 209 S. 33rd St., at around 12:45 p.m.
Oct. 24 - A female student reported that her unattended wallet was taken from Van Pelt Library, located at 3420 Walnut St., at around 2:15 p.m.
Oct. 24 - Mike O'Keefe, 25, of the 3400 block of Friendship St., was arrested when he tried to leave the Penn Bookstore, located at 130 S. 34th St., with merchandise at around 3:45 p.m. without paying.

Oct. 20 - A female student reported that her unattended laptop was taken from Addams Hall, located at 202 S. 36th St., at around 2:20 p.m.
Oct. 19 - A male student reported that the license plates from his vehicle, parked on the 4000 block of Spruce St., were taken at around 5:50 p.m.
Burglary
Oct. 25 - An unknown suspect entered a female student's residence on the 4000 block of Pine St. and took two laptops at around 5:15 p.m.
Oct. 22 - A male student reported that an unknown suspect entered his home on the 4000 block of Baltimore St. through an unsecured window and removed several personal items at around 7:20 p.m.
Other Offense
Oct. 25 - George Lances, 24, of the 1100 block of Fitzwater St., was cited on the 4000 block of Ludlow St. for urinating in public and carrying an open container of alcohol at around 11:40 p.m.
Oct. 21 - Engineering freshman Geoffrey Johnson was cited for urinating in public on the 3700 block of Locust St. at around 2:10 a.m.
Auto Theft
Oct. 24 - An unaffiliated female reported that her vehicle was stolen on the 4000 block of Baltimore St. at around 1:45 p.m.
Fraud
Oct. 23 - A male student reported that fraudulent charges had been to his credit cart at around 12:20 p.m.
Oct. 22 - An unknown suspect was reported to have used a credit card to make fraudulent charges at Radio Shack, located at 212 S. 40th St., at around 2:20 p.m.
