Assault

June 12 - At around 6:30 a.m., two people unaffiliated with the University - Vincent Mitchell, 56, of the 6900 block of Woodland Avenue, and Shaketa Harrell, 37 - were arrested for allegedly assaulting each other.

Fraud

June 12 - Two suspects were reported leaving Chestnut Dorm, located at 3900 Chestnut St., at around 9:20 p.m without making payment for consumed beverages.

Narcotics

June 11 - Police arrested Janathan Carter, 43, of the 1600 block of South Walton Street, at around 11:50 p.m. on the 3800 block of Chestnut Street for allegedly being in possession of an off-white, powdery substance.

Theft

June 11 - At around 2:30 p.m., a 39-year-old male employee of the University reported that an unknown suspect removed currency from two envelopes in the James Dunning Jr. Coaches Center, located at 231 S. 33rd St.

June 11 - At around 4:10 p.m., a man unaffiliated with the University reported that two rings left in his room at the University City Sheraton, located on the 3500 block of Chestnut Street, were missing upon his return.

June 11 - At around 6 p.m., a 37-year-old woman unaffiliated with Penn reported that a GPS device had been removed from her secured vehicle in the Penn Tower Parking Garage, located at 300 S. 33rd St.

June 11 - Two male students, 19 and 23, reported at around 8 p.m. that an unknown person removed the lock to their secured locker in Pottruck, located at 37th and Walnut streets, and took several personal items.

June 11 - A 25-year-old female student reported that her bike, secured with a cable lock, was taken from Johnson Pavilion, located at 3610 Hamilton Walk, at around 8:10 p.m.

June 12 - At around 12:30 p.m., a 62-year-old female unaffiliated with Penn reported than an unknown suspect had broken into her secured vehicle, located at a University parking garage at 119 S. 38th St., and removed a GPS device.

June 12 - A 50-year-old female employee of the University reported than an unknown suspect took her unsecured purse from the second floor of the Penn Center for Rehabilitation and Care, located at 3615 Chestnut St., at around 9 p.m.

June 13 - At around 12:30 p.m., a man unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect took his unattended bag in Logan Hall. The bag contained a laptop, portfolio and traveler's checks.

June 13 - A 26-year-old woman unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown person removed her wallet from her bag while she was out on a walk along the 3800 block of Walnut Street at around 1 p.m.

June 13 - At around 2 p.m., a 26-year-old male student reported that an unknown person removed an unsecured laptop from a conference room in Huntsman Hall.
