Theft

Feb. 15 - Zachary Galen, 23 and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested at about 5:05 p.m. after he allegedly removed items from the Penn Bookstore, located at the intersection of 36th and Walnut streets.

Feb. 15 - A complainant unaffiliated with the University reported that a laptop worth about $1,900 was removed from an unsecured conference room at 3535 Market St. at about 10:30 a.m.

Feb. 13 - A staff member reported that credit cards were stolen from her apartment in the Left Bank Apartments building located at 3131 Walnut St. at about 2:30 p.m. No signs of forced entry were found.

Feb. 13 - A staff member reported that personal items of unknown value were stolen from an unsecured office in the Veterinary Hospital at 3850 Spruce St. at about 11:30 p.m.

Feb. 12 - A female student reported losing her wallet and other items in Gia Pronto at about 8:30 p.m.

Feb. 12 - A female complainant unaffiliated with the University reported that the driver's-side window of her vehicle was broken and a satellite navigation system was stolen out of the car at about 5:30 p.m. The vehicle was parked at Garage 40 near the intersection of 40th and Walnut streets.

Feb. 12 - A staff member reported that computer equipment was stolen from a second-floor room at Ralston House, located at 3615 Chestnut St., at about 10 a.m.

Feb. 12 - Two staff members reported that an unknown suspect stole computer equipment and a digital camera, totaling $1,500, from the Facilities Department, located at 3101 Walnut St.

Vandalism

Feb. 14 - A student reported that unknown suspects threw a brick through the front-door window of a residence on the 300 block of 41st St., and that the suspects were observed fleeing south at about 10:30 a.m.

DUI

Feb. 15 - Tikia Fulton, 31 and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested at about 7:30 p.m. after she was reportedly observed to be intoxicated while waiting for a passenger on the 3700 block of Walnut Street.
