On July 23, 2006, at approximately 4:15pm, inside of the Franklin Field complex, a female was followed by a male who attempted to physically assault her.
The male is described as an African American, with a light complexion, 5'10", heavy build (pot belly), late 20s to early 30s, wearing blue athletic shorts, sleeveless white t-shirt and white sneakers. Male is unshaven, has unkempt hair and missing several front teeth.
Anyone with information should immediately notify the Penn Police by calling 511 from a campus phone, 215-573-3333 from off-campus or cell phones, or from any Blue Light Emergency Phone.
