- Feb. 26 -- Donna Muchison, 41, of West Philadelphia, was arrested at around 5 p.m. after allegedly stealing $218 worth of clothing from Urban Outfitters, located at 110 S. 36th Street. Penn Police say the woman attempted to leave the store and set off electronic detectors. She was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

- Feb. 26 -- Raheem Davenport, 18, and Tajeldin Cunningham, 19, were arrested for disorderly conduct inside the Bridge: Cinema de Lux at about 12:20 a.m. Police say the two West Philadelphia residents caused a loud commotion after bumping into a 28-year-old woman and her child. Both parties were waiting in line for refreshments.

- Feb. 25 -- Police arrested George Slade, 44, at about 11:10 p.m. for allegedly causing a loud disturbance and annoying pedestrians on the 3900 block of Walnut Street. Police say Slade has a history of causing disturbances around the area.

- Feb. 23 -- Jay Meachum, 29, a resident of North Philadelphia, was arrested at about 1:50 p.m. after police say a security guard inside the Fresh Grocer caught him trying to leave the store with $60 worth of body soap. Police charged him with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

- Feb. 22 -- At about 8 p.m., a 22-year-old student reported that his navy blue pea coat and cell phone were stolen inside Van Pelt Library. The items, worth $470, were taken when the student walked away from his chair temporarily.

- Feb. 22 -- A 19-year-old student reported that her bicycle, valued at $200, was stolen from the bike rack outside Harrison College House. The incident happened sometime between 6:30 p.m. Feb. 21 and 10:30 a.m. Feb. 22. The blue and red mountain bike was secured with a cable lock.
