In addition to the ethics ballot question, today's ballot contains other elections of note:
n Philadelphia district attorney: The Democratic incumbent Lynne Abraham, who has been in office since 1991, faces Republican challenger Louis Schwartz. Schwartz is an attorney and medical-device company executive.
n Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention: Justices Sandra Newman and Russell Nigro face an up-or-down vote as to whether they should be retained for another 10-year term on the state's highest court.
n Other positions on the ballot include Philadelphia city controller, Common Pleas Court judge, Municipal Court judge and Traffic Court judge.
