Natalie Capuano, a freshman midfielder on the Penn women's soccer team, was named Ivy League Rookie of the Week.
Capuano tallied her only goal of the week in the Quakers' 2-1 win over George Mason last Wednesday afternoon.
She found the back of the net 12 minutes into the second half to open the scoring.
It was the third goal of the season for the Aston, Pa., native, putting her second on the team in scoring behind sophomore defender Rachel Fletcher, who has four goals on the year.
