The Chocolate Guy shop, previously located at 37th and Walnut streets, has moved three blocks east to a new, smaller location.
The store has relocated, at least temporarily, to a spot on 34th and Walnut streets next to Moravian Cafes, where the Sprint Wireless store used to be.
The Chocolate Guy offers a variety of chocolate options, and attempts to offer a wide range of options for the campus community.
The space formerly occupied by the store will be used in the near future by Cereality, a restaurant that will serve cereal and related breakfast foods at all hours, operating late into the night.
The Chocolate Guy shop had a short-term lease with the University for the space, which began in December and which was originally only scheduled to run through Valentine's Day.
University officials said that they were aggressively marketing the space while Chocolate Guy was operating. It remained in the spot until just recently, when officials announced the coming of Cereality, which is slated to open as soon as November.
Prior to the Chocolate Guy, the space was occupied by a Steve Madden shoe store.
