Theft

n Oct. 2 -- A male student reported that his secured silver Schwinn bike, valued at $120, was taken from Steinberg-Dietrich Hall between approximately 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

n Oct. 2 -- A male student reported that his secured orange Mongoose bike, valued at $145, was taken from a bike rack outside of Harrison College House at 3910 Irving St. between approximately 6 p.m. on Oct. 1 and 5:40 p.m. on Oct. 2.

n Oct. 2 -- A male student reported that the frame and back wheel of his bike, valued at $300, were taken from his secured bike outside Harnwell College House at 3820 Locust Walk at approximately 2:10 p.m.

n Oct. 1 -- A female staff member reported that her secured GT Aggressor mountain bike, valued at $300, was taken from outside the Clinical Research Building at 415 Curie Blvd. between approximately 9:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m.

n Oct. 1 -- U.S. coins worth $2,000 were taken from an unlocked Aramark vehicle between approximately 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.

n Sept. 30 -- A female student reported that her unsecured, unattended silver and purple bicycle, valued at $150, was taken from outside the International House at 3701 Chestnut St.

n Sept. 30 -- A female student reported that $200 cash was taken from her unlocked locker at the International House.

n Sept. 29 -- A female student reported that her secured white Trek bike, valued at $300, was taken from 3937 Baltimore St.

n Sept. 29 -- A female staff member reported that her Dell laptop computer, valued at $600, was taken from her unsecured office in the Anatomy Chemistry Building at 418 Guardian Drive between approximately 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

n Sept. 29 -- A female employee reported that her unsecured, unattended backpack, which contained books and keys, was taken at approximately 12:30 p.m. from the Nursing Education Building at 417 Guardian Drive.

n Sept. 29 -- Clifford Raynes, a 51-year-old male unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly attempting to steal $68 worth of oil painting items from the Penn Bookstore at 3601 Walnut St.

n Sept. 29 -- A male student reported that the rear wheel, handle bars, gear shift and breaks, collectively valued at $280, were taken from his secured bike at the Biomedical Research Building at 421 Curie Blvd. between approximately 6 p.m on Sept. 28 and approximately 10 a.m. on Sept. 29.

n Sept. 27 -- A female student reported that her unattended wallet, containing $200 cash and an ATM card, was taken from Van Pelt Library at 3420 Walnut St. at approximately 3:15 p.m.
