Assault

- Sept. 13 -- A male unaffiliated with the University reported that he was assaulted at 39 Woodland Ave. at approximately 12 p.m. after he collided with the alleged attacker on his bike.

Disorderly Conduct

n Sept. 14 -- Harold Carter, a 35-year-old male unaffiliated with the University, was arrested at approximately 12:45 a.m. at 40th and Ludlow streets for urinating on the highway.

Theft

- Sept. 10 -- A male student reported that his secured black Bianchi hybrid bike, valued at $250, was taken from a bike rack outside Harnwell College House between approximately 7 and 9 p.m.

- Sept. 13 -- A male unaffiliated with the University reported that miscellaneous items valued at $100 were taken from his unlocked car parked on the 4000 block of Ludlow Street between approximately 5 p.m. on Sept. 3 and 10 p.m. on Sept. 13.

- Sept. 13 -- A male student's secured bike was taken from outside Kings Court/English House between approximately 9 p.m. on Sept. 12 and 10 a.m. on Sept. 13.

- Sept. 13 -- A female student reported that between approximately 12 and 7 p.m., two bank debit cards were taken from her book bag in Van Pelt Library. Since then, $1,400 has been charged to the cards.

- Sept. 13 -- A female student reported that four credit cards were taken from her unsecured backpack in Cosi, located at 140 S. 36th St. between approximately 2 and 3 p.m.

- Sept. 14 -- A female University staff member reported that her black leather purse containing $12, credit cards and identification, altogether valued at $100, was taken from her unlocked office between approximately 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

- Sept. 14 -- A male student reported that his secured Royce Union mountain bike, valued at $300, was taken from a bike rack outside of David Rittenhouse Laboratory between approximately 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

- Sept. 14 -- A male student reported that his Game Boy and Canon digital camera were taken from his locked room in Hill College House.

- Sept. 14 -- A female student reported that a male unaffiliated with the University took a laptop computer valued at $2,200 from her residence on the 3900 block of Delancey Street sometime between Sept. 3 and Sept. 5. Police officials said an arrest is "imminent."

- Sept. 15 -- A male unaffiliated with the University reported that his Nashbar mountain bike, valued at $100, was taken from 100 S. 39th St. between approximately 1 and 1:30 p.m. The bike was locked by cable to a parking meter.

- Sept. 15 -- A male student reported that his secured silver and red Trek bike, valued at $270, was taken from a bike rack at 3900 Walnut St. between approximately 9:45 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Auto Theft

- Sept. 16 -- A female student reported that her gray 1996 Honda Civic, license plate EXN-3813, was taken from 42nd and Ludlow streets.

Robbery

- Sept. 13 -- A male unaffiliated with the University reported that he was struck from behind and robbed of his backpack at approximately 7 a.m. at 100 S. 38th St. The backpack and its contents -- including scrubs, a debit card and some cash -- are valued at $70.
