Four W. Soccer players earn All-Ivy honors
It seems that Katy Cross has been piling up as many awards as goals lately.
After being named to SoccerAmerica.com's team of the week for Nov. 3-9, the junior forward was named to the All-Ivy first team yesterday along with sophomore defender Robin Watson.
This year, Cross set Penn records for points and goals in a game, a season and a career. Watson started all 17 games for the Red and Blue and scored three goals.
Two Penn midfielders, sophomore Jenna Linden and junior Lydia Bojcun were named All-Ivy honorable mention. Linden recorded five assists as well as the game-winning goal at Brown, while Bojcun started every game this season and had four assists and two goals.
Princeton junior Esmeralda Negron was Ivy League Player of the Year, and Brown's Kathryn Moos took Rookie of the Year honors.
