The bike was secured in the incident, which occurred between September 13 at 10 a.m. and September 16 at 8:45 a.m. Theft· September 17 -- A student reported that an unsecured VCR was stolen from 3829 Walnut Street between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.· September 17 -- A female student reported that a Mongoose bicycle valued at $400 was stolen from the rack outside High Rise South.
