Junior Class sends Junior Class sends students to Manayunk The outing will run from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday with free buses traveling every half hour between 40th and Spruce streets and Manayunk. The excursion will include 10 percent discounts for PennCard holders at dozens of stores and restaurants. The board organized the event "to welcome juniors back," and to instill "spirit in the class,"Junior Class President Sarah Gleit said. Although the event is sponsored by the Junior Class Board, students from all classes may attend, she added. Tomorrow's event will culminate with a party at Manayunk's Arroyo Grill from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. The restaurant, which Gleit said is in a "beautiful setting" overlooking the Schuylkill River, will feature free music and snacks, drink specials, and 10 percent off food for Penn students. -- Mark Fiore
