To Jon Huntsman for his $10 million donation to the International Studies in Business program, Ed Snider for his $2 million gift to the Sol C. Snider Entrepreneurial Center, Paul Kelly for giving $1.1 million to the Writers' House and the many other donors who gave to Penn this year. To the Fraternal Order of Police Pennsylvania Lodge 113 and University officials for compromising to reach the new University police contract recently agreed upon. To administrators for furthering the UC Brite program and attracting more neighborhood landlords to participate with its March Madness special. To the 40th Street Action Team for effectively cleaning up 40th Street and making the area a brighter place to walk around at night. To former Undergraduate Assembly Chairperson and College junior Tal Golomb for bringing respectability back to the UA, gaining the trust of administrators and acting as responsible advocate of student sentiment. To the Student Committee on Undergraduate Education for continuing to develop its preceptorial program and for creating the new dining facility in the Faculty Club to promote interaction between students and professors. To freshman Cliff Bayer for an outstanding fencing season and for winning the NCAA championship title. To Penn's wrestling team for winning their second straight EIWA championship. To Mad 4 Mex for bringing their restaurant to West Philadelphia and La Terrasse for reopening, adding new places for students to dine near campus. To A Tribe Called Quest for putting on an awesome Fling concert.
