Class of 1998 elects Class of 1998 elects new board members Engineering junior Sonia Survanshi won for vice president, Management and Technology junior Eduardo Briceno will be the senior class treasurer and College junior Edina Ghazarossian will serve as secretary. The school representatives include Ruby Arguilla and incumbent Adam Eisner for the College, Andrea Charlton for Nursing, Seth Charnow for Wharton and incumbent Michael Felix for Engineering. College junior Rena Sichel will serve as class historian. An estimated 18 to 20 percent of the junior class voted in the election. The newly-elected board members agreed that promoting class spirit was a class goal. "I want to provide a memorable environment for all seniors on campus," Briceno said. And Eisner said he hoped the board will "be able to bring the class back together" because "after freshman year, the class pretty much diverges." Board members also said they would like to increase participation in class events. "If things were done sooner, we could be prepared to let more people know about the upcoming events," Felix said. --EStephanie Cooperman
