To the Editor: In part, I write to correct the impression that SHCA dues are assessed on a monthly basis. In fact all our dues are annual, and for students that amounts to only $5 a year! I am confident that I speak for all the members of SHCA when I say that we are eager to have students join and participate in the Association. University President Judith Rodin has been a member since she moved to West Philadelphia and lots of Penn staff and administrators who reside in Spruce Hill are members as well.
